Kotayk Province Vacation Packages

The hotel itself is dated and needs improvement and upkeep maintenance. The carpet is dirty throughout the hotel. The bedroom door in my room was not closing. The shower drain could not keep up with the accumulating water in the shower tub - I had to shut the water multiple times during showers to let the tub drain so it would not overflow. The hotel location is excellent. The hotel staff is excellent, too.

Amazing work. Attentive, professional management and staff. Straight forward communication. Well maintained. Lovely!

This hotel is an excellent choice for a centrally located, clean and quiet guest house. It is situated within the central plaza of a square block of residential apartment houses - classic Soviet style. I call it a “guest house” because while it is renovated and comfortable, it is not a traditional hotel like those in the US or Northern Europe. It is low capacity (which is nice!) and while it does have a 24 hour front desk and daily maid service, it doesn’t have a gym, business center, etc. We had a clean, comfortable and spacious modern room with a small balcony and a very comfortable bed. There was a smart TV with all the usual streaming services, WiFi was reliable, there was a small safe and refrigerator in the room, and we had a small balcony. Breakfast was very nice and served in a cozy area which opened out so we could dine indoors or out. The breakfast selection rotated but always included fresh cut fruit, breads, some cereals, meats and cheeses, and a hot buffet with sausages and rotating warm dishes. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful and spoke both English and Russian in addition to Armenian. We had a six night stay and found this cozy, peaceful, and reasonably priced guest house to be a wonderful option, and if we return to Armenia we will stay there again. Also, they communicated well before our arrival via WhatsApp and arranged a car and driver for airport transfers - on arrival our driver met us inside and we paid through the hotel.
